The Seven Absolutes

Strictly Prohibited Conduct

The following acts constitute grounds for immediate termination and potential criminal reporting — with zero tolerance and no commercial justification defence.

PROHIBITED — 01
Bribing Public Officials

Paying or offering any benefit to a CPCB inspector, port authority officer, or any government functionary to influence their official acts.

PROHIBITED — 02
Commercial Bribery

Kickbacks to procurement officers, hospital administrators, or any private-sector contact to secure or influence a business decision.

PROHIBITED — 03
Facilitation Payments

Any payment — however small — to a government official to expedite a routine process. No exceptions, no minimum threshold.

PROHIBITED — 04
Receiving or Soliciting Bribes

Accepting cash, gifts, or favours in exchange for referrals, preferential treatment, or any business decision.

PROHIBITED — 05
Using Third Parties to Pay Bribes

Engaging a channel partner, consultant, or agent knowing they will use Group funds to make corrupt payments on our behalf.

PROHIBITED — 06
Falsifying Records

Creating fictitious invoices, inflating expenses, or maintaining off-the-books accounts to conceal corrupt payments or misrepresent financials.

PROHIBITED — 07
Retaliation Against Reporters

Any adverse action — dismissal, demotion, harassment — against a person who, in good faith, raises a concern or reports a suspected violation.

§

“No business objective justifies a violation of this Policy.”

Common Questions

Policy Guidance

Answers to the most common compliance questions across our group's business verticals.

Any employee, officer, or representative of a government body, government-owned entity, international organisation, or public regulatory body. This includes CPCB officials, port authority officers, SEBI representatives, municipal government employees, and any entity where the government holds a controlling interest — even if partially privatised.
Festival gifts of genuinely token value (under ₹1,000) from private-sector clients may be accepted provided they are registered in the Gift Register within 48 hours. Gifts of any value from public officials must be declined, returned, or donated to a registered charity with the Compliance Officer's written guidance.
Decline politely. End the interaction professionally. Do not make any payment. Report the solicitation to the Compliance Officer within 24 hours. Document everything — who asked, when, where, what was said. This is exactly the situation our Policy protects you in, and no adverse employment action will follow from refusing.
Yes. Every channel partner — regardless of location — is bound by the Third-Party ABC Declaration they sign as part of their onboarding. The Policy is not geographically limited. The NeuBrain Group can be held legally responsible for corrupt acts by third parties acting on its behalf.
Report it. You can do so through any of the channels in Section 9 — including anonymously. Your report will be treated confidentially. You are fully protected from retaliation under the Group's Non-Retaliation Guarantee. Inaction in the face of known wrongdoing is itself a Policy violation.
EYN Campus Ambassadors represent NeuBrain Group on their campuses and are bound by the Youth Ethics & Conduct Guide, which reflects the principles of this full Policy. They may not make promises to university authorities or accept any benefits from institutions in exchange for referrals or registrations. Any concerns must be reported to their regional coordinator.
Speak Up

Non-Retaliation Guarantee

Any person who reports in good faith is fully protected from dismissal, demotion, exclusion, or any adverse action connected to their report. Retaliation against a reporter is itself a serious disciplinary offence.
